My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The location was convenient, right next to a shopping mall and with easy access to various areas in Manila. The room was spacious and comfortable with a broken socket in the mini bar being a minor issue. The service was outstanding, with the staff accommodating my requests with kindness. However, the dining options were not included in the rate, which was a downside for me.
